How to Make Mocha Fondue

Hi Chocoholics,

Here's the recipe for...

Mocha Fondue

Hint: try chocolate fondue with a hint of coffee, and serve it with meringue cookies as crispy dippers.

Ingredients:
1 4-ounce package sweet baking chocolate, broken up
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup light cream or milk
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
Assorted fruits (such as star fruit slices, pineapple chunks, kiwi
fruit wedges, strawberries, pear slices, banana slices)
Meringue cookies

Directions:
-In a heavy saucepan combine chocolates, cream, sugar, and coffee
crystals
-Heat and stir over low heat until melted and smooth
-Remove from heat; stir in liqueur
-Pour into a fondue pot; keep warm over low heat.
-Serve with fruit and cookies.

This Mocha fondue makes 6 to 8 servings. So make sure to share!
Invite your friends over and even use this occasion if you want to
impress some you would like to have as friends!

Enjoy!

God Bless,
Yoon

P.S. It's Chocoloate Cookie Time!! How about let's try this one... "Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chunk Cookies"!? Yummy! And I guess a little bit healthy...? I mean it does have chocolate in it... one of the basic food groups(oh sure it's not OFFICIALLY recognized as such by governmental agencies and such,l but you and I know it's one of the essentials!).
